Rule 107
Security of bids
(1) The local body shall keep the tenders or proposals for consulting services received in accordance with this regulation in a safe manner so that no one can open them before the opening time.
(2) The local body shall keep the characteristics of the sample submitted with the bid in a confidential and secure manner so that it is not made public before the opening of the bid.
